ORDERING:

We ask that you review your order carefully before placing to prevent any delays on processing and shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

Any order placed through the website is not binding until the work has been despatched. Artwork listed may be withdrawn from sale at any point by the artist for reasons such as, but not limited to, sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition display.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All prints and originals are shipped out of Koketi Studio and/or the professional printer we work with, both of them located in Southern California. At the moment, we only ship within the United States. All prints ship free.

Shipping charges for Originals depend on size, weight and recipient’s location. The cost for shipping will be displayed in shopping cart at the time of the transaction.

Prints are shipped safely to you in a protective cello sleeve and sturdy mailer.
Prints larger than 9X12 are mailed inside kraft mailing tubes.
Shipping time is 5-7 business days with Fedex-UPS-USPSGround/Home.

Original works are carefully packaged and shipped through UPS or USPS. Shipping time is 7-10 days.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION

All paintings, prints, products, gift cards and sale items are final sale. That said, you can cancel your order within 24 hour of placing it.

If you have any problems with your order, please let us know so we can help. All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.
